- Have expert knowledge of ARRA/MU, HIPAA Privacy & Security regulatory compliance
- Possess expert knowledge of vendor applications and clinical workflow design
- Provide strong experience in assigned technical areas
- Maintain, interpret, and communicate accurate and evolving information relating to MU requirements and timelines
- Have experience with strategy, gap analysis, workflow assessment and workflow redesign
- Work with stakeholders to define and implement a MU methodology while complying with HITECH meaningful use requirements to capture core measures and quality indicators
- Work with team members to facilitate Stage 1 attestation, and to review, assess and modify Stage 1 criteria to meet the requirements of Stage 2 and Stage 3 criteria
- Manage the testing of MU software updates, new releases, and enhancement requests for assigned EHR modules
- Extract the required MU system reports from the certified system to submit for EHR /ARRA stimulus funds
- Have knowledge of interoperability
