Alicia has once again done an outstanding job for Sentara. It has been an extreme pleasure working with her again. I have received feedback from several operational managers at Sentara that Alicia has worked with over the past several months. Alicia's Epic knowledge, professionalism and work ethic are exceptional. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Alicia again in the future.

I just wanted to let you know that I’m really going to miss Pat when her contract ends. Pat really shook this place up in a good way. I’m not sure how one person can possess so many good qualities, but needless to say, Pat is the complete package.
Although Pat is irreplaceable, we’ve been planning our strategy on how to replace the things she does. As you might have guessed, we’re pulling in our big guns to fill her shoes. You’ll get a chuckle out of this … we’re having to go after two people to fill the void.
Thinking about life after Pat is depressing. But, we’re so glad to have had her here.

We would like to express thanks to all of them for their participation in this project, but also want to personally thank them for their diligence, care, and positive impact they’ve made here.
I can’t speak for any of your consultants we’ve not had here on site, but I have to say that all the HDS consultants we have had here are excellent. There hasn’t been a bad one in the bunch! I don’t know what you do to screen them or to mentor them, but they have had excellent skills, and relate well with our staff and Erlanger’s staff; we have truly appreciated having them here.
Thanks so much for continuing to work with us. I appreciate all that you, and Barry, do for us

Phyllis was faced with several technical challenges that neither she nor I anticipated with the revision of our Invision Doctor Master File. Despite these challenges, we were able to accomplish everything we set out to do.
In addition, Phyllis had several unforeseen challenges due to the weather. Who would have thought she’d be in the path of a hurricane? Again, in an effort to meet our deadlines, Phyllis put in time on weekends to make up for time lost.
Phyllis was a joy to work with. I feel I know her personally. I’d welcome the chance to work with her again. She is an asset to your organization. Thanks for sharing her with us.

I just wanted to reiterate our satisfaction with the work that Nanci has done for us at Swedish.
She was brought in to help bring down the number of OpTime service requests that were piling up. She has done that and much more. Most notably, she stepped in to ensure that the implementation of OB Navigator in Epic was a success – a heroic effort during a difficult time that required patience and smart work. This is only one of many examples. I could go on and on! Everyone she has worked with gushes about the great work she does.
If we continued to have the OpTime builder need, we would keep her on without hesitation. I am positive that the next organization she works for will be extremely satisfied with her stellar contributions.
If there is ever a time when a prospective client would like a recommendation, I would be happy to provide one, and it would be in the same spirit as this email. If we have a need for an OpTime build resource again, we will be calling you about Nanci’s availability.

Carmen did an excellent job in working with the Shands Rehab Hospital team to develop the rehab build for Epic. I truly enjoyed having Carmen as our builder. She was knowledgeable, knew how to steer us in the right direction when we went astray. She was very patient the many, many hours we sat together in rooms working on the details. She will be missed.
She has a great personality in addition to her professional attributes.

Terry is doing great! The Siemens project manager told her we couldn’t do it without her, so it’s not just me saying it! And, it’s true, Terri pitches in where ever and when ever. She continues to be a valuable team member.”

There was possibility that we may be losing lab business to other vendors due to the complexity of ordering lab work prior to this functionality being implemented. Now we have much better assurance that we can offer our Physician Practices a simplistic process.
Ava Wright, Lab Director

HDS and Beebe Medical Center collaborated to implement an exciting new feature for our Physician Practices. Not only allowing Practices to view Results in Net Access but to order tests for their patients quickly and easily for their future lab work. Great Job Team!!!

HDS was able to provide a qualified candidate to fill our needs in the time frame needed. HDS went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. I never felt pressure to change our original contract.

I remain in awe of the help that I have gotten from Terri and Lisa. They do their "assigned work" and they do it very well, but...
There were so many quirky things happening and many frustrating moments for staff. This consulting team, and okay this is corny, were like super heroes. You turn around and they are standing there ready to fix the problem. Outside of the work they were assigned to do:
- Terry stayed with the Access team at peak freak-out times and did on-the-spot trouble shooting, handed out chocolate and talked folks off the ledge as needed.
- Lisa was there and though more behind the scenes, she made fixes happen instantly.
So yes, I am gushing, but you should know that our success at SHC would not have been realized without this team!

I would like to provide some feedback for Mary.
- She listens extremely well to our questions/assignments
- Delivers what is asked for
- Works well with the team
- Keeps us apprised of what's going on
- Demonstrates her enthusiasm in her attitude and work
- Stays focused, but appears to be able to multi-task when needed

Just wanted to pass on to you how much I have enjoyed working on our EPIC build with Diane. She really knows her stuff, was always very willing to work around my schedule and was always a pleasure to work with.
I hope we are lucky enough to have her help when we "go live."

My name is Sherry Chin and I am one of the CareNet Team members from Adventist Healthcare (AHC). I work for the psychiatric/mental health entity of AHC; known as Potomac Ridge Behavioral Health (PRBH). I am writing to share with you my work experience with Jeannette; in hopes that you will be able to communicate this feedback to future clients.
First, please allow me to give you some history in terms of my work on the CareNet Team. Approximately 2 years ago; I was asked by the Leadership Team at PRBH to join CareNet after the psychiatric nurse on the Team left the organization. At that time I was managing the Staff Development Department and had NO prior experience with Informatics or an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). As a matter of fact; I was the ONLY member on the Team that had no prior experience in this type of role. I was competent in terms of computer skills; but my computer skills were primarily utilized in an administrative and training capacity.
With this new challenge; you can imagine that I was anxious about the new learning curve and the new skill set that I had to develop; in order to move Behavioral Health forward with Cerner. My Team Lead; Debbie Glascock and the other Team members were welcoming and supportive; but I knew that my many questions slowed down their own work and this concerned me. I went on-line and read many articles to try to get up to speed; but I was still falling behind...and then we were fortunate enough to have Jeannette join our Team and that was a blessing!
Jeannette took the time with myself and others to help us develop confidence in using the tools and in designing the build of the application. For me; the most rewarding aspect of working with her was the mentoring that I received. She would take time to give me different clinical scenarios that would allow me to critical think about the use of the EMR in delivering patient care. She allowed me to see that I wasn't so far behind and that it was possible to match my clinical experience with my technology experience. With her mentoring; my confidence increased and before you knew it; I was in the build tools by myself; needing very little supervision. She gave me the safe learning space that I needed to be challenged, to grow and to think in a new way.
I am very thankful to her for her expertise and her guidance. I am hopeful that as this contract ends; she will be able to have the opportunity to take another "newbie" Informatics Nurse under her wings.

I will take this introduction as an opportunity to tell you something you probably already know...Lisa and Terri are amazing! They did some awesome work before during and after our SHC opening. I don't know how we would have gotten through without them! They were rocks for us both technically and support wise!

I dont know who made the decision to utilize Pat's services here at VCRMC for the training with Soarian Financials, but it was a very wise choice. She is wonderful to work with. She is personable, knowledgeable and really puts one at ease with this whole process. She obviously really knows her stuff. She is great and for me, she really eliminates the fear factor of messing up and possibly destroying the entire system and learning new tricks!

Cheryle is doing an exceptional job here. I think she is quite amazing! I appreciate her insights into the work that needs to be done.

Cheryle brings so much to the table as a consultant. She is personable and works well with all levels of staff. She is a good listener, a skill not possessed by many!! She is self motivated and self directed - she can define the request, outline the plan and pursue the goal without any direction or supervision. She can work in and with a team, respond effectively to individual needs or collaborate with large groups. She can and does "do it all"!! To me, most importantly, she is a good nurse - and uses her knowledge of patient care to develop opportunities that improve the care of the patient using technology! She will be greatly missed by our analysts - both as a mentor, a collaborator and a friend!
