Health Data Specialists (HDS) was founded by Bob Hayden, Paul Triche, Brent Budke and Troy Hendrixson. The HDS partnership has over 90 years of Healthcare Information Services, management and consulting experience. Bob, Paul, Brent and Troy have worked together for approximately ten years and are dedicated to providing value to the customers of HDS through the use of exceptional and innovative professional services.

	Bob Hayden, Chief Executive Officer: Bob Hayden, Chief Executive Officer: Bob’s experience includes thirty-eight plus years of experience in information systems management. He has supported three university teaching hospitals, provided facility management services, served as President of HealthCare Data Systems, Inc., and CIO for St. Francis Regional Medical Center and St. Joseph Medical Center.  Bob was the founder and principal owner of First Choice Consulting Inc. and served as President and CEO until it was sold in July of 1999. During that period the Company expanded to over 70 employees of which over 60 were consultants.
	Paul Triche, Chief Operating Officer: Paul’s experience includes twenty-four plus years of experience in information systems applications and management including over twenty-one years in Healthcare and the last eight years in Healthcare consulting. Most recently Paul served as the Vice President for the Health Information Systems consulting group of Park City Solutions responsible for 35 consultants. Paul’s extensive Healthcare consulting responsibilities included project management, interim management, project planning, system implementation and support, etc.
	Brent Budke, Vice President, Consulting Services: Brent’s experience includes fourteen plus years of Healthcare information systems applications and management experience. Twelve of the fourteen years included extensive experience in project management and personnel management in addition to detailed involvement in operations and hospital client system activities. Brent was also a co-Owner/Director of First Choice Consulting where he has a proven record of establishing solid relationships with the Healthcare customer community.
	Troy Hendrixson, Vice President, Business Development: Troy’s experience includes fourteen plus years of Healthcare information systems, application, management and consulting sales experience. Prior to joining HDS Troy served as Business Development Manager of the Southeastern United States responsible for Healthcare information consulting sales. In addition, Troy was responsible for maintaining current customer relationships and developing new accounts.
