We are currently looking for a Practice Director to head up our MEDITECH practice.  This position manages the activities of the Practice.  This includes (in part) overseeing and managing the activities of the Consultants within the Practice, insuring administrative policies and procedures are followed, supporting recruiting efforts for additional Consultants, and supporting sales efforts for additional and current consultants.  We expect the person selected to have about 10 years overall industry experience leading large consulting groups involving team development, expansion or turn-around efforts and strategic planning and continue to grow the practice in this fast-paced healthcare environment.  Every business decision we make impacts our people, requires top talent and involves working directly with clients to obtain additional opportunities for our consultants.
